Titles: World Heavyweight Champion, Tag Team Champion, Intercontinental Champion, European Champion, Hardcore Champion

Unlike Jeff Hardy and Edge, two superstars who found a way to thrive after branching out from their respective tag teams, Christian's career remained in limbo for a significant period of time as a single's competitor. It's not that he went full-on Marty Jannetty, but it was clear even years after his initial breakup with Edge that he'd be unable to shake his association with his former tag partner.

In fact, even his World Heavyweight Championship reign - which lasted a mere two days - only came to be following Edge's retirement and the subsequent vacancy of his title. The obvious favoritism at play didn't help Christian disprove those who saw him as the beneficiary of the coattail effect.

That said, his incredible feud with Randy Orton was one of the most overlooked of the decade, with every single match the two put on turning into a borderline classic.

He also had a couple of fantastic "secondary" feuds, including his program with DDP for the European strap in late 2001-early 2002, and his IC title matches against Chris Jericho in 2004.
