Ranking Every WWE Return That’s Already Happened In 2020

1. Edge

There was only one choice for top spot.

Emotion was etched all over Edge's face when he returned amidst booming cheers at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. It was a complete surprise, and the kind of shock that will go down in the history books as one of the best ever. Those tears streaming down the Canadian's cheeks were as real as they come.

His promo the next night on Raw was also an education for his younger peers. Edge was intense, raw, realistic and bad ass as he set the table for Randy Orton's big heel moment. The 'Rated-R Superstar' speaks of retiring properly this time, and it's such a thrill to see him fight back against the odds to return nine years after injuries ended his dreams prematurely.

No other return this year can hope to better his.
