Ranking Every WWE Survivor Series Main Event From Worst To Best
5. Team WWE Vs The Alliance (2001)
Too little too late, but too bad too, because - like Invasion earlier in the year - a big match with big stakes was almost enough to salvage a can't miss angle that somehow swerved the target by a f*cking mile.
The November battle was hampered by many of the problems suffered in July. There were too many WWE performers in roles that should have been reserved for WCW/ECW stars, but if it sounds spoilt to complain about any interaction between The Rock and Steve Austin, it's because it is.
The WWE main eventers of the era shouldn't have been the two to decide the fate of The Alliance, but bad Austin/Rock is better than most other good wrestling.
