7. Kurt Angle Vs Brock Lesnar (WrestleMania 19)

Kurt Angle had people biting their fingernails to bloody stumps in fear of his life for the duration of this absorbing main event. Brock Lesnar just waited until the last couple of minutes.

It was well known at the time that Kurt Angle was going in to the contest with his neck in a perilously fragile state. Surgery would wait for after WrestleMania because wrestling was still the f*cking wild west back then.

Speaking of, Lesnar's brick thick neck almost went the way of Kurts when he landed square on it after under-rotating on his Shooting Star Press attempt. A OVW regular finisher, the move was shelved when he made it to the main roster for reasons exactly this. Never before, never again.
