26. Hulk Hogan Vs King Kong Bundy (WrestleMania 2)

A cumbersome end to an exhausting night masquerading as entertainment, Hulk Hogan's steel cage win over King Kong Bundy was at least an acceptable way to bring their lengthy house show rivalry to a close on a relatively grand stage. But that's about all it was.

A fatally flawed experiment WWE couldn't get right in 2018 let alone 1986, the multi-arena concept flatlined early as arena crowds were forced to sit through cheaply screened beam-backs in the gaps between their own action. With a card presented as a rotation of venues rather than a mash-up, punters in New York's Nassau Coliseum had witnessed all their live action before the end of the first hour. Any fans that actually sat around a further two to see 'The Hulkster' probably had a*ses as sore as his taped ribs.
