Ranking The Undertaker's 10 WWE Entrance Songs

2. The Grim Reaper (1990-1994)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRwNzqum1z0 There's something special about the original version of The Undertaker's theme song. It's the one that really didn't have any special effects, nor did it need any. It was a slow hymn that was played on an organ that led to the arrival of this phenom that was unlike anybody that we have ever seen. When you go back to watch is debut at Survivor Series 1990 it's hard not to think about what it was like when watching it as a kid just because of how powerful the song was. It really was captivating. It's as if no song ever fit a character better than this track. They did tweak it over the years, but the original still stands up over time as the one that a lot of people associate with the character. Give a lot of credit to WWE's music genius Jim Johnston for coming up with this song. It's hard to imagine Undertaker debuting with something else. It just wouldn't have fit as well as this one did.
