How could we leave a match between two of the biggest names in the history of the business out of the top 10? The meeting of the Nature Boy and the Deadman was not what you would expect looking at their track records. Despite being a No Disqualification bout there was nothing in the way of catch-as-catch-can wrestling, which Flair especially managed to work into seemingly all of his matches. It was an utter brawl, and so very refreshing to see. As big a meeting this was, the match will be remembered as the first where the Streak was recognised. At the end of the match, Taker made his way to the apron and unravelled his fingers to acknowledge this was his 10th win on the big stage. This was a fantastic move in the long run, as we have all bore witness to over the last decade. Taker was at another peak as a heel, demanding respect from everyone and anyone. The involvement of Flair's son David in the build up to the match actually left most praying the Nature Boy would win the match, but this wasn't to be. The pair gave it their all in this out and out brawl.
