Ranking The Worst Performer In Every WWE Royal Rumble Match
10. Men's 2018 - Sheamus
Lasted 0:02.
It's rare to see anyone competing on the Royal Rumble undercard in the actual Royal Rumble itself but in 2018's men's bout, three quarters of the Raw Tag Team titles match - which went on directly after the Rumble match - entered the 30-man scramble. Seth Rollins, Cesaro, and Sheamus all drew numbers, with just Jason Jordan sitting this one out.
Sheamus presumably wishes he never did, however, as the match put him in joint second place - alongside the Warlord and No Way Jose - for the worst Royal Rumble performance in history. Targeting Heath Slater, who'd been jumped by Baron Corbin on his way to the ring and left to rot, Sheamus slid Slater into the ring to officially begin both men's journeys in the bout only to be clotheslined out immediately by the now-IMPACT star.
Not even regaining the red brand's Tag Team titles could subvert the impact and embarrassment of this defeat. Heath Slater!
