Ranking What Was Really The Best Wrestling Attire Every Year 1990-2021

12. 2010 - Shawn Michaels

Bret Hart Young Bucks

2010 was such a sh*tty, nothing-happening, homogenised year. It seemed like every WWE star who didn't creak arthritically was a cookie cutter FCW graduate who even blinked in unison with his fellow quasi-real-named peer.

It was a year in which Bret Hart looked like John Cena, for f*ck's sake.

There was however a certain pathos in the ring attire chosen by Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XXVI. An echo of the Boyhood Dream 14 years prior, it could be read as one last moment of bargaining at the precipice of a doomed career, with the use of black creeping in to foreshadow its dying light.
