"On this day, I see clearly."

It's not a particularly profound lyric, but the placement was perfect: it summoned Edge to the ring when he had finally worked out how to become a singles main event superstar. The theme built pops on top of pops in a tremendous explosion of sound.

Sting, thunderous rattle of riffs and drums, a standstill to soak it in, and then a continuous chorus blast before the verse because why wait to unleash something so glorious that it makes butt rock actually sound transcendent?

Outstanding work that nailed the ever-living sh*t out of Edge's stratospheric rise.
