Ranking What Was REALLY The Worst Wrestling Match Every Year 1990-2021

20. 2002 - Bradshaw & Trish Stratus Vs. Christopher Nowinski & Jackie Gayda, WWE RAW, July 7

Fabulously, WWE has taken the formula of literally the worst-worked match it ever promoted and used it to form the very core of NXT 2.0: take goose sh*t-green talents with a certain look, stick 'em in the ring, and watch disaster unfold.

Jackie Gayda got lost as Trish Stratus attempted to take a back body drop to the outside, succeeding only in inadvertently performing Matt Hardy's signature pose. Gayda scrambled and manhandled her more established, experienced partner, to which a furious Trish reacted like a gremlin of a fan, or Jerry Lawler, had refused to hover his hand during a photo opp.

The entire thing fell apart emphatically as Gayda took a top-rope bulldog about two seconds too late and sold like a knacker doing a slam dance.

Or Tyler Black.
