There were so many awesome Rock promos with The Hurricane, who was a very entertaining character portrayed by Shane Helms. They did a bunch of backstage segments on Raw that were hilarious. "The Rock says Cleveland is totally lame, how did this dump get the Hall of Fame? The Rock has to say aw shucks cuz Cleveland doesn't rock, no it totally sucks." The fans were in a position where they were so entertained by him, yet he was such a jerk as a heel in 2003 that they booed him at the right time too. When Rock mocked Hurricane for how he looked (he called him the Hamburglar among other things) and then Hurricane told he had Hurri-powers, b**ch! He even mentioned Rock's "tiny ding-a-ling" that Rock completely oversold because if you've heard any Rock promo you know he loves to mention his favorite male body part a lot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7JSJjO4hrw Any Rock/Hurricane segment was great. They had really good chemistry together.
