It was one of the most unique Rock promos ever on March 24, 2003 just six days before WrestleMania 19 as Rock was set to face Steve Austin. He was in heel mode as he entered the ring in Sacramento that night with a guitar in hand for the first ever "Rock Concert" on Raw. The heel version of Rock was so great because he would mention the city they're in and then insult them immediately after, yet the fans would still laugh at his jokes. When he insulted the Kings, their NBA team, it really riled up the fans. Rock even had a special song for Austin as he sang "you ain't nothing but a redneck" and "if you think you're going to beat The Rock then your bald ass might be high." For his final song, he asked the fans to show some respect and keep the noise down. Then he did his own version of singing "My Way" with his own unique lyrics. The Hurricane showed up, so Rock told the cops to arrest the Hamburglar for shoving Chicken McNuggets up his ass.
