The Rock's 10 Funniest WWE Promos

7. Insulting The Coach & Making Him Dance

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5cT1P_6AANw The Rock was the master at doing backstage promos with a variety of different "reporters" in WWE like Michael Cole, Kevin Kelly, Lillian Garcia and his most regular victim, "The Coach" Jonathon Coachman. Following the 2002 Royal Rumble, Rock was being interviewed backstage by The Coach on Smackdown and he unleashed a very entertaining promo for the next five minutes when he realized Coach wasn't really paying attention to him. Rock decided to have some fun by asking Coach to dance The Charleston. He asked the people if they wanted to dance it, so the crowd cheered and Coach did it. As Coach got into it, Rock ended up booting him out of the screen: "Get your monkey ass out of The Rock's picture." And the crowd cheered wildly for it. He went on to rip on Chris Jericho for what happened at the Royal Rumble and promised to have a successful WrestleMania that year. He did. Nobody did a better job of interacting with the crowd. This was the perfect example of that.
