With WWE having SummerSlam on the imminent horizon this weekend, the go-home Raw ended in total carnage as Roman Reigns and Jey Uso were left in a crumpled heap.

In the Raw main event, it was Uso going up against Bronson Reed in a match that ended in a DQ win for Main Event Jey after Bron Breakker interfered and speared him. That, in turn, then brought out Roman Reigns to help his cousin, and while the two babyfaces did indeed get the initial advantage, that didn't last all that long.

The tide turned when Breakker hit Roman with the spear, which led to Uso eating another spear from Bron and the Tsunami Splash from Bronson. Next up, it was the OTC's turn to be hit with the big Tsunami. Even then, though, the heel tandem wasn't done, as Bron Breakker sprinted around the ring and hit a spear on both Uso and Reigns through the ringside barricade.

In a nice touch to add further insult to injury, Bronson Reed then took the shoes off the feet of the fallen Roman Reigns as Raw went off the air.

Given how some fans feared the Reed and Breakker duo might lose some steam with Seth Rollins currently off TV, moments such as this are certainly one way to keep the two in the spotlight and utilised in a major way.

Of course, at SummerSlam, it's Reed & Breaker vs. Uso & Reigns in a match that's set for this Saturday. Not just that, but some online chatter suggests that this tag bout may even headline SummerSlam Night 1, with the other likely option for that spot being CM Punk challenging Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship.
