While reports over the weekend said that, despite her appearance at Revolution earlier this month, Ronda Rousey has not signed with AEW, it now looks as if the Rowdy One may be totally done with Tony Khan's promotion.

Per PWInsider and f4wonline, there are no plans in place for Ronda in AEW, and she's not expected back in the company anytime soon.

At Revolution, Rousey appeared in the ring after her close friend Marina Shafir had lost to Toni Storm, with Ronda and Toni then having a face-to-face that was broken up by security. While some presumed this might lead to a Rousey vs. Storm match, it remains to be seen if that will be revisited at some point down the line. Of course, Timeless Toni is also now out of action for an indefinite amount of time.

As for why Ronda Rousey appeared at AEW Revolution, that was due to it being local for her, she has a good relationship with Tony Khan, and also the small matter of generating buzz for her upcoming MMA return, where she fights Gina Carano on May 16 for MVP. Much like Revolution, that MVP event likewise takes place from Los Angeles, though at the Induit Dome rather than the Crypto.com Arena. As that fight card continues to take shape, other notable contests already announced are Francis Ngannou vs. Philippe Lins, and Nate Diaz vs. Mike Perry
