With Paul Heyman, Bull Nakano, and the US Express already announced for this year's WWE Hall of Fame class, Lia Maivia is another name rumoured to be inducted next month.

As per the latest SRS Q&A from Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp, Maivia is "supposed" to be a part of the 2024 Hall of Fame class.

Famed for being one of wrestling's first female promoters, Ofelia 'Lia' Maivia took over Hawai's Polynesian Pro Wrestling in 1982 following the death of her husband, 'High Chief' Peter Maivia. Polynesian Pro would eventually close its doors in 1988, and Lia passed away in 2008 at the age of 77.

Of course, recent years have seen elements of Lia Maivia's life play out on the small screen, with Lia a regular character in her grandson Dwayne Johnson's Young Rock TV series.

In addition to Lia, another name rumoured for this year's WWE Hall of Fame is Haku, although it remains to be seen whether either of these names ultimately make the cut for this year's class. Last year's Hall of Fame class featured just five names - Rey Mysterio, Great Muta, Stacy Keibler, Andy Kaufman, and Warrior Award winner Timmy White - and the 2024 group is already up to four names across three acts. Then again, this is the first year that Paul Levesque is overseeing the WWE Hall of Fame, so things may now be a little different.

The 2024 WWE Hall of Fame takes place directly after SmackDown on Friday 5 April from Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center.
