Sol Ruca waved goodbye to NXT and WWE developmental by bowing out with a 'Last Woman Standing' loss to Zaria on this week's episode. Now, via Instagram, the Raw-bound star has thanked the brand for everything over the past couple of years. It's clear that Sol is deeply grateful for everything she's learned whilst working at NXT.

The Wrestling Observer noted that several of Ruca's peers chimed in to comment on her jump from developmental to the main roster. Stars like Lola Vice and Izzi Dame had their say on everything Sol has achieved on the third brand, and it's obvious she has full backing from her peers to go and smash it on Mondays.

Sol had already turned heads long before her match vs. Liv Morgan on the latest flagship this week. She earned rave reviews for her performance opposite Bayley on the 13 December 2025 version of Saturday Night's Main Event (which was John Cena's final show as an active in-ring talent), and again for her stunning 50-minute appearance in January's Royal Rumble over in Saudi Arabia.

Ruca lost the match vs. Liv due to interference from her NXT partner-turned-foe Zaria, so WWE's writers even handed her an out during her first full-time showing on the top show. That has to bode well for her future on Raw. Thankfully, Sol wasn't badly hurt by a nasty bump during the aforementioned 'Last Woman Standing' match either.

Whilst captioning the pics she posted to Instagram, Sol added: "Thank you NXT, it's been real". Now, her full focus will be on securing a decent spot on Raw's women's roster. The 26 year old has all the tools needed to do just that.
