Heartbreakingly, Jay Briscoe passed away on 17 January after an automobile accident, and Mark has since carried both titles in honour of his brother. With the younger Briscoe noting how he was planning on a singles run after this tragedy, many have pondered what that would mean for the ROH Tag Team Titles, and now we know.

Of course, Reach for the Sky is a phrase made famous by the Briscoe Brothers, and particularly by Jay. Part of the inaugural ROH Hall of Fame, Dem Boys embarked on their 13th reign atop the ROH tag division when they bested FTR in December.
