7. John Cena

deviantARTFor the past 10 years John Cena has been considered the poster boy for WWE, and is without question the biggest star since The Rock or Stone Cold Steve Austin. Cena has shown in the past that his feuds with previous legends are some of the best in company history. Matches with Kurt Angle, The Undertaker, Triple H and most recently The Rock has shown some of Cena's finest work inside the ring. So could he pull it off with Sting? One would argue that both wrestlers are parallel opposites to each other. Sting's original gimmick of the super face ruled WCW for many years in the early 90s, however after the emergence of Hulk Hogan, his switch to a much darker character gave him a much overdue character change. With Cena his career has been the opposite to that, he started with a real fresh rapper gimmick which is still adored by many wrestling fans today, but once he was pushed to the big time, Cena adapted to a very humble, poster boy character which is controversially received by fans. Had this feud had happened when Sting returned to wrestling in 2006, it could have been huge, only then would WWE have been able to sell it as a legitimate match up. Now with "Super Cena" is untouchable, a match with Sting would have the similar outcome to Brock Lesnar vs Undertaker at Wrestlemania 30.
