Sting's WWE Debut: 10 Best Possible Feuds

8. Hulk Hogan

TNA.comTNA.comAnyone would have to be blind to miss this one off the list. With both Hulk Hogan and Sting having a storied past in WCW and TNA, there's always room for one last face off right? These two men had arguably the greatest rivalry in the history of the business. Sting's year long feud with Hulk Hogan saw Borden change from his beach boy gimmick to the crow, which in turn captured the imagination of fans around the globe. After spending the whole of 1997 chasing Hulk Hogan and his nWo faction, Sting was finally given his match against Hogan at Starrcade 1997, in what was considered by many the most important match in wrestling history. Sting would win the match. Referee Nick Patrick tried to screw Sting him a fast count, however special enforcer Bret Hart would stop the time keeper's hand from ringing the bell. Hart would then go onto officiate the match, making the call that Hogan tapped out to the Scorpion Death Lock. Despite Sting and Hogan's history, there isn't much chance of this happening again in WWE. If Sting does debut in WWE, you should expect an altercation or tease between the two, but that's about it.
