4. Vs. Dalton Castle
At February's ROH: The Experience event, Cody took on Dalton Castle, knocking another name off his list. Although the match wasn't as good as some of the other indie matches on this retrospective, it was great foreshadowing of what was to come for The American Nightmare.
Cody got the jump on Dalton early by posing as one of Dalton's "Boys" and attacking him before the bell. Cody took most of the match, and during Castle's comeback, a distraction by fellow Bullet Club members Hangman Page and Adam Cole helped Cody steal the win.
It was a strong showing for each competitor, and with ROH high on both Castle and Cody these days, I suspect another, even better clash between the two may be in the cards for later this year.
