13. Madusa Trashing The Championship

Madusa Nitro Next they discuss the infamous appearance of Madusa €“ former WWE Women€™s Champion Alundra Blayze €“ on Nitro when, after she jumped ship with the title belt still in her possession, dropped in a trash can live on Nitro. This move caused a long-lasting reverberation that had most people surprised when she was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, despite the fact that the incident occurred two decades ago. Bischoff calls Madusa the second move in the attempt to create controversy. The two had a prior relatinoship dating back to the AWA and she called him up with interest in a job. Jericho asks what Vince's reaction to that was and Prichard simply replies: "Pissed," He said that unlike Lex, she was actually a champion and showing up with their intellectual property was like a slap in the face. Jericho called it a middle finger to WWE and says he knows Bischoff got off on it, and Eric replies that he can't lie, he enjoyed the hell out of it.
