The Undertaker's 17 WWE Survivor Series Matches - From Worst To Best

2. Team WWF Vs. Team Alliance Winner Take All Survivor Series Elimination: The Undertaker, Chris Jericho, Kane, Big Show & The Rock Vs. Booker T, Kurt Angle, Rob Van Dam, Shane McMahon & Steve Austin

This was one of the biggest matches in WWE history because it was the end of the WWF vs. WCW/ECW storyline that had dominated half of 2001. That story probably should have lasted longer than six months, but that is WWE's fault in rushing/mishandling things. The Undertaker was one of the cornerstones of the WWE roster, so of course he had to be in this match. What was disappointing about his involvement is that he didn't play a bigger role in things. That's because the focus was mainly on Steve Austin and The Rock with Kurt Angle and Chris Jericho in the mix as well. This was in order to set up the following month's Vengeance PPV and four-man title tournament. Since he was surprisingly not a big part of the storyline, The Undertaker was the fourth person eliminated in the match when Austin hit a Stunner out of nowhere. It's an outstanding match that is one of the best elimination tag matches in Survivor Series history. It's just not a match that features The Undertaker as much as it probably should.
