Someday soon, we will find out the destiny of TNA.

Will Vince McMahon buy them on the cheap and toss their footage on his network? Will Billy Corgan sweep in and save the day? Will Dixie Carter refuse to give up power, and through her stubbornness the entire promotion simply goes away forever?

It’s a shame that we’ve come to this point, but as many wrestling fans have predicted over these past 14 years, this moment was absolutely inevitable. There have just been so many gigantic, glaring mistakes made by TNA management, that it’s a bit of a wonder that it took this long for the entire company to implode.

Among their many sins are overspending and over-pushing former WWE and WCW talent over their own, delivering one horrible storyline after the next and never grasping how to market or brand their company to distinguish it from their competitors.

Sure, there has been some bright spots along the way, but there is a history and a pattern of massive errors that prevented them from ever becoming financially stable.

Here are the 10 most costly mistakes TNA has made so far.

Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
