Top 20 Draft Picks For WWE's Brand Split 2016

6. Raw - Cesaro

There's no doubt that Raw's roster thus far is shaping up to be incredibly strong, but Shane will boost the brand up even more when he uses his eighth draft pick to take "The Swiss Superman," Cesaro. Cesaro will come out in a suit and sunglasses, shake Shane's hand, then step to the podium to address the crowd, telling them that - with all due respect to Sami Zayn - Raw is going to be the stronger brand when it comes to in-ring action.

He may not be right, but he won't be wrong - WWE has so many amazing wrestlers on the roster right now that there's no need for one brand to eclipse the other in terms of wrestling. Both Raw and Smackdown can be "workers'" brands, and Cesaro will help attest to that on the red side.

As for his role, WWE would be smart to put the Intercontinental Title on him shortly after the split in order to build interest for Raw. Miz has done a great job as IC Champ and Cesaro has challenged him before, but putting the now even-more-important title on a babyface will generate some good buzz.
