Bianca Belair has received stitches after being busted open while wrestling Alexa Bliss on this week's WWE Raw.

Bianca was defending her Raw Women's Championship following weeks of build, with the bout taking place as the night's opener (following The Bloodline's "invasion" segment). Bliss effectively turned heel during and after the contest, seemingly "corrupted" by former ally, Bray Wyatt, and his imagery's increasing infiltration on Monday nights.

Belair won via disqualification after eating a couple of DDTs onto the ring steps. It was at this stage that the blood emerged, with the Raw Women's Champion seemingly suffering a small wound under her mouth.

A stretcher came out after the match, with Bianca receiving medical attention. She shunned this, however, opting instead to accept husband Montez Ford's assistance in leaving ringside. Alexa had departed by this point.

Now, Belair has hit Twitter with an update, revealing the stitches - and vowing payback on Bliss:-

Whether or not Bliss will end up formally aligned with Wyatt on television hasn't yet been confirmed, though WWE appears to be heading in that direction. Her Raw turn came following his logo flashing across the screen, continuing a recent theme, and Bliss being accosted by a ringside fan clad in an Uncle Howdy mask.
