The Undertaker: 10 Landmark Firsts In His WWE Career

1. His First Loss At WrestleMania To Brock Lesnar In 2014 - WrestleMania 30

It's still fresh in our minds because it only happened two months ago, but over the years the loss to Lesnar is going to be magnified and remembered as one of the biggest moments in Undertaker's career whether we like it or not. The loss to Lesnar wasn't expected by most of us. If you would have asked me if I ever thought Undertaker would lose at WrestleMania my answer was always no. The thinking was that there was no need for it to end because it's not like a title that he passes on to some other guy. It was something for his legacy and for him to be remembered by. Instead, it just went away. When Lesnar hit that third F5, we didn't expect Undertaker to stay down. We thought he would kick out just like he did all those other times before at WrestleMania. Instead, his shoulders stayed down. Then Paul Heyman had that shocked "OMG" look on his face and that made it official. Maybe in a few years this loss to Lesnar will seem like an even bigger deal, but for now it's almost like a fresh wound for Undertaker fans. It's a landmark first for sure. It's also the one that most of us never wanted to see happen.
