The Undertaker's 10 Best Moments From The Attitude Era
5. Forming The Corporate Ministry - Smackdown - April 29th, 1999
There have been plenty of heel stables in WWF/WWE history. However, when The Corporation and The Ministry Of Darkness merged to form The Corporate Ministry, it led fans to wonder just how they would be defeated. You had The Undertaker and his faction, with the likes of Bradshaw, Faarooq, Viscera, and more. You had Shane McMahon, providing the "power" as an authority figure, followed by the addition of Vince McMahon soon down the line. You had Triple H, who was becoming a main event player, and was on the verge of winning his first WWF Title. You even had Chyna, who was still dominating every other female on the roster, and was even beating up some of the males. At its peak, the stable featured a total of 15 people, which is very nWo-like, but unlike the nWo, the Corporate Ministry only lasted about three months before dissolving. Taker would go on to form a team with Big Show, while Triple H stayed aligned with Shane McMahon and finally did win the WWF Title, and the Acolytes went on to become the APA. The stable doesn't get the proper credit they deserve, based solely on the length of time they were together, but those three months were a tremendous power play, providing for some very entertaining television.
