Sasha Banks and Naomi remain the talk of American professional wrestling at the moment, with the shockwaves from their decision to walk out of last week's WWE Raw during the broadcast still being felt.

In a new report for PWTorch, Wade Keller has gone into new detail on the complex backstage reaction to the situation, speaking on those who support the now-former Women's Tag Team Champions.

While the response to Banks and Naomi's walkout has reportedly been negative, overall, Keller stated that those taking the duo's side admire their guts, wishing that they had the gumption to stand up for themselves in a similar way (h/t WrestlingNews.co):-

“But I can say there are people who in that locker room – colleagues of theirs [including] active wrestlers, and otherwise, who are disappointed and not sympathetic to the way Sasha and Naomi handled this. And there are others who, yes, think this is a cool thing that they did. And they sort of wished that they had the guts to do something like that and take a stance."

A number of wrestling figures have spoken out in support of Sasha and Naomi since last Monday, including AEW's CM Punk and FTR, though the negative response within WWE has been noted by several outlets.

WWE announced its decision to indefinitely suspend Banks and Naomi and strip them of the Women's Tag Team Championships during last week's SmackDown.
