3. Vince McMahon "Leaves The WWF" (1999)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NfWC2zrf-As These are the moments when a promo is more than a promo, it's a moment that truly defines a generation. For two-plus years, Steve Austin and Vince McMahon had done just about everything that two people can do to each other, even things that fell far outside of the idea of logic (wrestling or otherwise). Thus, when Austin defeated The Undertaker in a First Blood Match at Fully Loaded 1999 and due to stipulations McMahon could "no longer appear in the WWF," McMahon's last promo with Austin needed to be epic...and it is. Vince calling himself a "handsome, affluent entrepreneur" who left an "indelible mark" on the fans is one of those moments that should be framed for eternity for just being outstanding. His interactions with Steve Austin and Jim Ross as rebuttals? Phenomenal, too. Just a tremendous piece of business overall, buoyed by a standout McMahon promo.
