12. Higher Power - AKA "It Was Me Austin, It Was Me All Along!" (1999)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kujo7V9m0gk Vince McMahon's desire to put over an angle oftentimes supersedes logic, common sense and his physical well-being. In the case of being the Higher Power that was fueling the demonic Undertaker's pursuit of Steve Austin, Vince as the "Higher Power" is a "two out of three ain't bad" type of situation. "It was me Austin, it was me all along!" is one of the more incredibly delivered lines of the Attitude Era, and the arrogant "even my own family bought it" is pretty fantastic, too. McMahon's ability to be scary, arrogant, demonic and ridiculous in the span of just under two minutes makes this promo absolutely amazing.
