13. Mr. McMahon, Person Of The Year (2002)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rRlZKaJGHtI Vince McMahon attempts on the first Smackdown of 2002 to put over the fact that he has a match with Ric Flair at the Royal Rumble and get more heat on his character heading into that match by comparing himself to Time Magazine's 2001 Person of the Year, NYC Mayor Rudolph Giuliani. Of course, given that Giuliani won "Person of the Year" for guiding NYC through the 9/11 bombings, Vince making that comparison is absurd, rude and the actions of a pure a**hole. Toss the then newly developing Steve Austin-created "What?" chant into the mix (and Vince's brilliant interplay with it) and you have an underrated, yet incredible promo.
