In the position that I was in with three different wrestling companies---this was the lesson that I would always be taught over, and over again. You CAN NOT be friends with the talent---you cant even attempt it. Why? Because the majority---I said MAJORITY---not all---will use that to get what they want. They will suck you into believing that your working relationship with them is something more---and they will use that to their advantage. Unfortunately, when you are in a position where you no longer can help them, the phone calls begin to come fewer and far between. That occasional gratis Starbucks that you would receive here, and there---bye-byenot even gas station coffee for you now!!!
