2. Joseph Conners Proves He Deserves To Be WCPW Champion
Right at the top of the show, Drew Galloway grabbed a cameraman and described with a passion why he wanted to be the next WCPW Champion. Since leaving WWE several years ago, the Scot has worked wonders for numerous promotions, putting them on the map and legitimately turning mere Heavyweight Titles into World Championships.
This is something Galloway was only too keen to point out as Loaded went on the air. He was ready for his WCPW Title match in the main event against Joseph Conners and it showed. Minutes into the bout, Conners had his face busted open. Dripping with blood from mouth and nose, the reigning champion somehow fought off the world-travelled Galloway and retained his title.
As if putting an exclamation point on the victory, Conners won by using his Righteous Kill DDT. Afterwards, he grabbed a microphone and announced himself as the WCPW Champion for all to hear.
Incredibly, some have been doubting how long Conners can hold onto the belt. On this evidence, he's here to stay on top of the WCPW mountain.
