WCPW Stacked: 10 Awesome Moments
4. Bea Priestley Takes A German Suplex Right Onto A Steel Chair
Not only was Bea Priestley vs. Nixon Newell a match to crown the first ever WCPW Women's Champion, it was also the inaugural Last Woman Standing bout in company history. This meant that both women would vie to ground the other, hurting their opponent badly enough that they wouldn't be able to answer the referee's ten count.
Sneering as she has done since making her debut, Priestley was nearly knocked out of her boots by a brutal German Suplex from Nixon. The valley girl should never be taken lightly, and there's a sense that Bea has tried to do that in previous meetings. Such arrogance has now been beaten out of her.
A steel chair sat precariously behind the pair, allowing Newell to bridge beautifully and slam Priestley down on the unforgiving metal. Making things even more vicious, the chair didn't collapse, meaning that Bea suffered the full brunt of the cold metal colliding with the back of her skull.
If there's one thing this bump proved, it's that the females of WCPW don't plan on simply using looks to get by. Priestley and Nixon had perhaps the most physically intense clash of the night.
