The obnoxious Bagwell was a huge headache for WWE management at the start of the Invasion. He turned up late for practices (mandatory for Alliance wrestlers), started a fight with Shane Helms, faked an injury, stunk out the joint in a Raw main event (which killed the idea for Raw becoming Nitro stone dead) and even had his mother ring talent relations to complain about his travel arrangements! He was released on July 9th after just a few weeks on the books. Incredibly, he didn't understand why. Following the WWE disaster, Bagwell went back to the indies, international tours and had brief spells in TNA. In 2014 he became a gigolo and starred in the Showtime series Gigolos, during which he was depicted having sex with a pensioner. Seriously. Way to go, Buff.
