What If WWE WrestleMania Was Always 2 Nights?

26. WrestleMania 10

When it comes to WrestleMania 10, the temptation is certainly there to jump straight to the ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship between Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon. After all, it's not only the best match on the entire show, but the most iconic of the pay-per-view's history.

However, it's important to keep in mind that in this hypothetical, WWE doesn't have the ability to book in retrospect. They wouldn't know that that would be such an amazing match and steal the show. Deciding on a secondary main event has to be picked with their thought process at the time that these events were taking place, instead of with 20/20 hindsight.

That means it's far more likely WWE would have split this up between the two Royal Rumble winners, with Lex Luger facing Yokozuna in the main event of the first night and Bret Hart getting his match with Yokozuna on night two. Bret would have probably kicked off the first night with his match against Owen Hart, and the Intercontinental Championship ladder match would have been the opener of Sunday night.

Bonus addition to the card, if this were two nights, the 10-man tag team match that was cut for time would have actually made it onto one of those shows!
