What They Did Next: WWE 2021 Releases - Part 2
11. Bobby Fish
Any fan can tell that Bobby Fish is talented in the ring and shares an incredible chemistry with reDRagon partner Kyle O'Reilly. And yet, despite that, his presentation in WWE seemed to be more about making up the numbers of the Undisputed Era than showcasing what else he could bring to the table. And that should be a crime.
Fish isn't just a good enough match planner that fans saw him ending his career working behind the scenes for one of the big promotions, but he's bloody hilarious. In a world where microphones are so close that we can often hear calls, Fish stays in character. He spews comic bile at his opponents through the pointed teeth of his mouth guard like the very best legendary banterers.
Other promotions saw what Vince McMahon couldn't when Fish was unceremoniously terminated by WWE in the middle of a storyline, and they soon had their rods in the water. Bobby first landed at Major League Wrestling's October Fightland even as a participant in the Opera Cup. The magnificently moustached one has since moved to AEW and recently reunited with some old friends and older enemies.
