Wrestling Moves That LOOK Horrible (...But Are Actually Totally SAFE!)

2. Conchairto

Human heads weren't made to be splatted by steel chairs, folks.

And while the visual of this specific weapon being whacked over the top of a wrestler's noggin has thankfully now become a rarity in the modern era, chairs are still being used to create some rather shocking visuals today.

Perhaps the most distressing of the lot involves the use of two of the items, with one being placed under the skull of the victim before the other is slammed down hard to create a chair-head sandwich - a.k.a. a conchairto.

This gruesome spot that will forever leave folks shuddering is actually about as safe as extreme moments get, though.

You see, though that chair may look like it's connecting with skull here, it's actually just bouncing off the mat and the top half of the other seat peaking out underneath the wounded opponent.

That's it.

But sprinkle in a terrific sell job from the broken individual below, and you have one of the most startling attacks in all of wrestling.
