5. Vince McMahon Revealed To Be The Higher Power (June 7, 1999)
Generally, most wrestling fans consider the 'Higher Power' story to have ended in disappointment. On June 7, none other than Vince McMahon was unveiled as the mysterious man beneath the robe, and he had joined forces with his son Shane and The Undertaker. This shifted things away from Undertaker vs. McMahon and back to Vince going against Steve Austin once again. There were rumours at the time that names including Jake Roberts and The Jackyl would be revealed, but eventually it went to McMahon. With this revelation, Vince turned heel again.
