21. The Undertaker Announces The Ministry Of Darkness (October 19, 1998)
On that show, The Undertaker started talking about a "plague of evil" which would scour the WWF landscape. It would later turn out that he was talking about The Ministry Of Darkness, a new faction set to be headed by Undertaker himself. At the time, many fans didn't know what to make of the announcement. Most were still reeling from the fact that 'Taker had just turned heel again for the first time since the early-1990's.
