WWE: 10 Attitude Era Superstars Who Could Still Make An Impact Today

9. Scotty 2 Hotty/Tajiri

These two former superstars (or others of a similar size) would really come into play if the long-rumored (though not recently) WWE Network cruiserweight show ever came to fruition. Scotty looked to be in pretty good shape and was clearly having a blast at Old School Raw in January, and Tajiri has always been a personal favorite. Even if the cruiserweight show doesn't materialize, Scotty and Tajiri could be good, albeit temporary, additions to the roster. With exciting superstars like Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn likely on the way up from NXT, the veterans could provide some confidence-boosting matches for them. Looking for something to do with Yoshi Tatsu? Team him up with Tajiri €“ yes, sticking two Japanese wrestlers together is lazy booking, but really, anything would be a step up for Yoshi, and they could put on some good tag matches on the undercard.

Scott is a former journalist and longtime wrestling fan who was smart enough to abandon WCW during the Monday Night Wars the same time as the Radicalz. He fortunately became a fan in time for WrestleMania III and came back as a fan after a long high school hiatus before WM XIV. Monday nights in the Carlson household are reserved for viewing Raw -- for better or worse.
