Hogan turning against Savage and beginning the NWO. When CM Punk let us know how he really felt about some things that night on Raw that would go on to change a lot of things in the WWE. And we come to this moment that I want to go over. The match was fairy one sided, with Snuka playing the face who was finally getting his shot at the cowardly Muraco. But just as was Snuka was really starting to turn up the heat, he knocked Muraco out of the door of the cage with a running flying headbutt, and to the ground below. The match was over, and the champ had retained his title. Superfly was enraged, pacing the ring like a wild animal about to be unleashed. He headed out the door, letting out a final scream, before getting to Muraco and making his way back into the ring. This is where the fun starts. Snuka wasted no time once he got Muraco into the ring, lifting him up and dropping him down with a nice vertical suplex. He then made his way to the top rope, which got the fans going. But then he turned around, towards the corner of the cage. By the time he was perched on top, like some predatory bird about to take down his prey, his face covered in his own blood, the fans at MSG knew what was coming and were going into a frenzy. Snuka flashed his I Love You sign to the crowd, and took off, coming down with such power you knew watching it, Don Muraco was lucky to not have a few broken ribs. No, Snuka hadn't won the match, but he did give us a moment that will go on in wrestling lore until they shut it all down.
