4. Hulk Hogan
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKM1AAzeRCg Is there any better music to listen to when you're in your garage pumping iron than Hulk Hogan's awe inspiring, epic theme tune sang by Rick Derringer? I know when I'm saying my prayers and taking my vitamins I find them much easier to swallow if I have 'Real American' pumping out of my stereo. In truth though having the full version as an alarm to wake up to in a morning guarantees you'll leap out of bed and drop a big leg on the world each and every day. You get what we're saying right? Hulk Hogan's theme is as big and bad as he was/is and is perhaps the most recognisable theme music in the history of professional wrestling. It's just a shame he's been saddled with knock off versions or some variation of the New World Order music ever since splitting with Vince and Co full time in 1992. If you ask most fans they'll be able to sing you this tune even if they can't tell you who the current world champion is in the WWE. That's how much Hogan is embedded in pop culture even today. It's just a shame he was actually such a crap wrestler. Imagine if he was actually any good AND had this as his theme tune. My God, no one would have stopped him.
