1. A Match With Stone Cold Steve Austin
This is the match that has been on everyone's mind ever since Punk's hilarious confrontation with Austin on the June 13 edition of Monday Night Raw in 2011. People were clamoring for it even more after Cena vs Rock as the comparisons between Punk and Austin had been made on numerous occasions. They both had anti-authoritarian characters and a smash mouth, no-nonsense attitude. Austin has expressed his admiration for Punk as a performer and Punk has cited Austin as one of his favourites, a match between these two would have been something incredibly special and a match more than worthy of top-billing. Regardless of Punk's drawing power, Austin alone in the main event at something like, say, WrestleMania 30 would aid the event in possibly becoming the highest-grossing wrestling pay-per-view of all-time. It seems that this is one of the greatest matches that will never happen. And that was an example of ten times where WWE missed an opportunity with CM Punk, what examples can you think of?
