2. Vinny Mac Comeback
This whole Authority thing has run its course. At least, in the current format. Theres simply no one to oppose them, and so long as this remains canon, it creates an odd void at the top when there should be a compelling storyline. A storyline away from the hackneyed boss vs. employee angle. What could that be? How about a power struggle! Power vacuums are fun. The reason theyre fun is because when powerful people fight to retain or regain power, what happens to the employees is often very entertaining to watch. Make no mistake, Vince McMahon will return to WWE television after Wrestlemania, and hell get involved in a power struggle with Stephanie and Triple H. This plot may be all too obvious for some, but its also very compelling. Yes, it did happen before many years ago, but not to this degree. Besides, Vince coming back opens up so many new, fresh angles its simply tantalizing. He could form a new alliance with up-and-coming wrestlers. He could strike deals with people hes been known to loathe. Or he could simply fight for his company while the rest of it is in disarray as a result. Oh, and what if he doesnt come back alone?
