1. Ric Flair
Woooooo! The Nature Boy was the man! Ric Flair WAS wrestling in the 80's. He was every territories top guy, whether he carried the belt or not. His promos were absolutely legendary. The stylin', profilin', limousine riding, jet flying, kiss-stealing, wheelin' n' dealin' son of a gun ( you can't make this stuff up) was one of a kind. Ric Flair lived the life he talked about. Refusing to live a simple lifestyle, Ric Flair spent more money than he made just to keep up with his gimmick. He became who he said he was. It's crazy. Flair's promos were just as good as his in ring work. He carried himself with such bravado that you couldn't help but either love him or utterly hate him. He told great stories with his in ring work as he did with his promos. Strutting around everywhere he went like he owned the place, Flair was just so damn special. The best promo man of all time, Flair could do no wrong. Flair may very well be the definition of charisma. Whether he was shining in an hour long match, or ripping you to shreds with his words, Ric Flair was 'IT'. Regardless if he was in the ring or out of it, when Flair came on TV, you watched.
