WWE: 10 Most Frustrating Things About Being A WWE Fan In The UK

8. The Number Of Advert Breaks During Live Raw

wwe-raw-logo Hardcore British wrestling fans can also commit themselves to watching not just the PPVs live, but each episode of Raw live as well. The fact that the show is live means that the number of advert breaks is equal to that of the schedules of American television, which subjects us Brits to way more adverts than we're accustomed. To put it in perspective, a typical British television show will have a break every fifteen minutes and lasts about 3 or 4 minutes, giving us plenty of time to put on a pot of tea, eat crumpets or do similarly British things. During live Raw, American advert breaks seem to be every two minutes by comparison, and last about 30 seconds, which to us relatively commercial free Brits starts to become very frustrating, especially during a three-hour show that's on in the middle of the night.
