WWE: 10 Greatest Moments Of Austin Vs McMahon Feud

3. Hospital Attack

This was one of the most memorable segments, not just in Austin VS McMahon history, but in wrestling history. It had everything... violence, humor, character creation/development, lasting visuals, and lasting audio. When Steve Austin visited Vince McMahon in the hospital, it gave us the birth of Mr Socko and even the first appearance of Yurple The Clown. It was yet another opportunity for everyone to sit back and laugh at the misfortunes of a billionaire businessman, as he was basically bored to the point of tears by Mick Foley, who meant well, and then was attacked viciously by Austin, who had arrived dressed as a doctor. If you've watched the segment once, whether it was live or you happened to see it years later on YouTube, you will never forget the loud clanging sound of Austin swinging a bedpan and connecting with Vince's skull. You'll also never forget the sound of sheer agony as Vince yelled out in pain when Austin (as we were led to believe through the visual) shoved an I.V. tube where the sun refuses to shine. The sheer ridiculousness of Steve Austin essentially breaking into Vince McMahon's private hospital room to beat the hell out of him made for fantastic television.
